Edence is a great place to work. I joined the organisation as a fresh MBA graduate and it has given me a conducive environment and great exposure to learn and grow. It has given me several opportunities beyond my role which has helped me develop cross-functional, multi-tasking skills and become a better professional.

As Regional Manager of a state I led my team to deliver results during the tough times of COVD pandemic. My managers noticed our hard work and when an opportunity came, not only was I rewarded with a State Head position but was also given additional responsibility of managing a neighbouring state. I am grateful to the company for this growth opportunity.

I started off my career with Edence as a Sales Manager of Mumbai. Soon the company expanded its operations to other cities in Maharashtra in a short span of time and I was given an opportunity to expand my horizon and lead the whole state of Maharashtra.
